Now having taken the time to read the entire text of the Appeals Court in the King case, and as we understand it King sought to find if the technicians preformed the task of preparing the machines "jointly" as required by law, we give you the following from a brilliant mind of a seated Justice on the Court of Appeals;
"We are less sure that § 2-9-103(e) was violated, since it seems at least plausible that the technicians’ mutually agreed-upon arrangement – with the ill technician stopping by “on occasion” to “check on [the other technician] to make sure that everything was going fine” – might constitute “joint” performance of their statutory duties."
Saddam "might" have had Weapons of Mass Distruction too. But we never found any did we?
Why are you on the fence there Charlie? Is it because of your friendship with that Anderson County Judge? We will assume that is the case and decide that you put personal feelings over the right of every voter in the state to deserve that election officials preform their duty as outlined. You too must feel that the Election Code is "advisory".
In closing, Susano "might" be paid off by Lying Larry and the boys to make sure that they can program the Ballot to get their will emposed on the people.

To whom it may concern
I was wondering why jail officials can make their own rules on how prisoners are treated & Why they think they can do whatever they want!
Although I do not think prisoners should be fed 3 course meals or sleep in feather beds I do feel they have rights & should be treated accordingly without discrimination, after all they are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty right!
My son was arrested for not showing up in court for something he did & was not booked for 14 hours, He was not allowed to shower & kept in his same clothes for the 2 days he was in jail.
His Lunch & supper was brought at the same time(which was in a bag) That consisted of a bologna sandwich & a bag of chips with one drink for both meals .
He was never gave a blanket to cover up with, he got one when someone else was released the next day, he was kept in the drunk tank for those 2 days (he was not drinking nor was he drunk)another prisoner was arrested & put in the drunk tank & told the officers(If that's what you would call them) that he had STAFF Infection & Left him there in population with the other prisoners(my opinion is he should have been contained to himself or taken to be checked out(If an officer had been wounded by him they would have been treated Immediately just because he said that) why are prisoners any different?
Every time prisoners would ask for anything like the diabetic that was in there was needing his shot & officers would curse him out( I mean the F word & I don't mean Fire Truck)The Nurse finally came & got him 4 or 5 hours later maybe even longer. Another man was in there from a DUI & he was all bloody with the same band aids on for the entire time my son was in there, Never once was the band aids changed they were bloody & Brown from dried blood & falling off leaving the wounds exposed.
There was another prisoner the same way bloody band aids & all. The drunk tank was dirty, all they did to clean it was spray some sort of chemical spray on the door & Wall. The least they could have done is let the inmates clean it.
Every day my son was in the drunk tank they would bring a piece of paper in for them all to sign their names because they had no clue who was in the drunk tank.
They had a trustee they lost & did'nt know where he was at.
When inmates would ask for their phone calls or medication etc...they would threaten to spray them with mace & tell them to shut the F up.
Where is our justice system while this is going on? What happened to leading by example & knowing how to deal with people. I think that if the officers were off duty & someone did those things to them they would press charges.
My son is not perfect he made mistakes but that does not give anyone the right to abuse them or treat them like that, I would not allow anyone to treat other people like that.
I hope that Harry Montgomery wins the August election as Sheriff so He can eliminate the trash that is running our Justice Center & Police force & misusing our tax dollars to pad their own families pockets.
Just because you have a badge or are in a public office does NOT give you the right to abuse the people or the System!!!
Maybe we need our Military right in Sevier County & declare Marshal Law against our officials & put them in Jail for 2 days & treat them that way!! What do you think?

Did you hear that Hoss set up Harry's son Monty? Kinda like when Hoss took over as Sheriff. Monty was working at the Department and Hoss came in, found Monty passed out on Hossies valium and zanax in a bowl of cherrios and fired him for stealing the valium and zanax that Hossie wanted to take.

Once again our famous lying Sheriff Homie Seals has been caught up in a major lie that even members of the judicial system have tried to help him cover. The Mountain Mess article listed below from November 2007, tells of Sheriff STeals making a no-bid-required trade with his buddies at Craig's Firearms. STeals claims he traded in about 140 guns ( is that ALL you had after twelve years of Bruce Montgomery seizures??) on new Glocks for the department. We at seviercorruption.com wonder why Sheriff STeals and Bruce Almighty Montgomery didn't wait and trade the 93 guns that were sold at a Knoxville auction just before Bruce died and use the $20,000.00 towards the purchase too. Hossie, you didn't pocket any of that money for cleaning the serial numbers of stolen guns up on the computer did you?? We also wonder, thanks to info from SRO Ray Davis and his family members, if Hossie STeals cousin SRO Richard Stoffel has really been illegally selling the guns off for the department over the years. He teaches gun safety at Northview Middle School, so could he be getting lunch money for guns out of the trunk? What about those guns Sergeant J. J. Breeden has been known to shop around from the trunk of his cruiser? Did those ever make it to the evidence locker Hossie, or is Breeden one of your door-to-door gun salesmen?
In the Mountain Mess article, Sheriff "I love my homies but I'll sell their guns" STeals states that he received a court order to trade the guns. When Circuit Court Clerk Rita Ellison was asked for a copy of the order, she said that she "knew nothing of a court order". This was ON RECORD and stated before Chancellor Telford Forgety, but interesting enough the order appeared out of thin air. Two as a matter of fact, with Judge Rex Henry Ogle and Judge Duane Sloan's signatures. Click here to see those documents. Notice that the date on one has been changed? An ethics complaint was filed about this failure to have the proper court order, but Secretary Jettie "High Heel" Clabo read a statement from Rita Ellison which contained lies about what actually happened. Circuit Court Clerk Ellison admits to placing a copy of this document "in the envelope" but continues to refuse to place her name on the paper. It is no surprise to www.seviercorruption.com that all these people would try to cover for their Homie Sheriff STeals as we and 100,000 have read about their lies on this site. The most interesting part is, although they did all they could by lying and changing dates, they could not undo the crime committed by our Low Lying Sheriff. Tell us this Hossie: HOW WAS IT POSSIBLE THAT CRAIG'S FIREARMS WAS ALREADY SELLING THE GUNS YOU TRADED SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE THE ORDER WAS ISSUED?????? We invite Sheriff STeals and the Judicial Changers to don their magic capes (Zorro?) and explain to the ATF how this happened and the Kennedy auction gun sales. It's election time and the sheriff's race is the hottest political race in town.
Hailing from Oak Ridge and Anderson County, having served on the campaign staff of the first bid for office of our now sitting Congressman Zack Wamp,
and having family that have held office, I am very worried for the taxpayers and
citizens of Sevier County.
Divorced in '97, I moved here and in later years, abused alcohol. I have since
seen the error of my ways and have endeavored to rebuild myself to the integrity of my youth. I say thank you to Judge Stokes and my two (minister) brothers for all their help, honor and discipline that changed my life. I was incarcerated in the Sevier County Jail seven months and it was a “fight for my life”. I learned a lot by watching and listening, but if you try speaking out on any matter, you become a political target. Years ago, diagnosed with Crohn's=2 0Disease, it left me with all of my colon (large intestine) removed with permanent disability (ileostomy) for life. Incarcerated with a hernia, I
needed surgery to survive. Four trips to the hospital ER validated this, along with erratic blood pressure and over 50lbs weight loss due to dehydration from my stay there. I tried to ask for help, but speaking out, found myself up against three family members that are politically entrenched working there; they quelled anything they disagreed with. Add to that a family friend who is designated the "Grievance Sargent" (David P. Kitelinger) and you have a mixture of absolute power; absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Now our county is destined for civil liability lawsuits from this corrupt power wielding, possibly followed by multiple class-action lawsuits. Having called for help and been denied and labeled a whistle blower, it is almost impossible to get anyone to investigate. Finally, the TBI (TN Bureau of Investigation) found many things, including, but not limited to the Litner situation and they have started cracking that hard egg of political corruption, but there are still problems there. Finally I was authorized for my surgery, however a last minute attempt by Sgt. Kitelinger (who didn't schedule me a transport officer) caused it again to be postponed and re-scheduled. Sgt. Kitelinger also prevented me from attending a child support hearing, although the judge called three times, all wh ile other inmates from the same cell were sent. Kitelinger stated “We don't work for the judges, they work for us.” This was told to me only after the judge had called the 2nd time for my appearance, while Kitelinger refused to send me over to the courthouse. His refusal to send me over when the judge requested caused the state's witness (my ex-wife) to leave, along with my 82yr old father, brother, sister-in-law & present wife as they had to return to work. My
10yr old child received no money because everything was put on hold until the next hearing date. I was a cooperative inmate, never mean or out of line. Sgt. Kitelinger's refusal to do his duty and comply with orders from the judge is uncalled for. I perceived it to be politically motived and criminal with disregard for inmates, their families, the court system and his sworn job duty. I have missing mail, incoming and outgoing from the jail facility. IAD (Internal Affairs Division) investigated Mr. Kitelinger. There has been a huge turnover of employees there in the last two years (what was the reason?) and why has the TBI been there so often. Why has the road officers nicknamed the jail facility “Kitelinger's Kiddie Campus” and now there has been the first successful suicide there in years (why almost 4hrs to find him)?
Why are civil servant jobs being “held hostage” (through duress and intimidation) if it's not done Kitel inger's way? Prisoners placed in cells with no water, tortured and pepper spraying of an autistic man that is handcuffed and strapped down in the “sweet seat”, preventing contact with an inmate's attorney or family for sixty days are but a few examples. How much mental duress, anguish or physical torture might the inmate that hung himself have experienced? The attempted suicide rate has increased drastically within the last two years.
I am a Republican, but I will never vote for Sheriff Seals. I cannot vote for a man
that is duly sworn to protect, serve and defend "my home" when he cannot keep "his house" in order. He has failed in many respects. He has no idea what is going on in the facilities that are under his care and the cleaning up of the criminal elements involved is left up to the TBI, however I believe the FBI
will finish that part. It's up to us as voters to clean up where bad politics and decisions hurt our families and children. Sevier County needs changes now. Our families, homes and wallets cannot endure another term of bad choices. I urge you to get out and vote, be it for man or woman of your choice. Do not sit out this race because it is too important to be left to chance. We need change before it's too late.

Late today a Suit was filed against the Sevier County, Lying Larry Waters and the Sevier County Commission. It looks at though the rumor of a Group of Citizens banding together and hiring Herb Moncier was true and the Group was represented by Peggy Marshall and County Commissioner Max Watson today. Commissioner Watson and Ms Marshall presented the suit to Chancery Court. Most notable in the suit to Seviercorruption.com is the fact that the Suit ask for a Judge to preside over the case from outside the Fourth Juridical District. With all of the Corrupt and mentally incompentant Judges in Sevier County thats a wonderful thing for the Citizens to have requested.
The basis of this action is to void the June 08 County Commission Meeting. The suit correctly alleges that Lying Larry exceeded the powers of his office when he rescheduled the June meeting from the 16th of the Month to one week later. Waters gave the reason for the special meeting to be held because he contended the budget was not ready for action by Commission. However when the meeting was held no action was taken on the budget, the Lying Mayor did however put before the County Commissioners rule changes which strip the power from the office of County Commissioner and shift that power to the Mayors office.
Seviercorruption.com heard rumblings of such an action being filed weeks ago, and with the deadline to contest actions taken by County Commission just days away, the suit was filed in time to have standing. Commissioner Watson and Ms. Marshall are to be applauded for their willingness to stand for their beliefs and convictions.
Wonder what the coming days hold for low Lying Larry and the rest of the Low Boys. Are there more lawsuits being planned? Who's next? We here a Seviercorruption.com hope ouster suits are filed asking for the removal of all members of Lying Larry's Steering Committee. After all, it was those Commissioners who Phido Phil admitted had broken the Open Records laws. Ut Ohh...... The County needs to call Low Bob Watson again to represent them in this one. Word late yesterday coming from the Courthouse is that Kim Pierce was not successful in serving Good Low Lying Larry his first set of papers connected with recent activities surrounding his ability to follow the Law as only he knows it. Pierce, armed with the Documents appeared late this afternoon. After being told by countless people that Lying Larry was not in the building, and despite the fact that his new taxdollar paid Ford Excrusion was parked with the Keys on the console in his reserved parking space, Mrs Pierce got to speak with the New Assistant Mayor, Greg Patterson. According to our information, Patterson told Pierce that Lying Larry felt the need to quickly leave town for Chicago with this biggestt and most loyalesttest fan, Allan Newton. Is Allan trying to get in Pattersons way of being the next Groomed County Mayor?
