We here at Seviercorruption.com are working to learn a new web publishing program that will allow us to hopefully bring you richer content along with a web site that will display documents without you having to download huge files to see, hear and watch video of the facts contained in documents and recordings that prove our Public Officials have a habit of lying to cover up their corrupt practices.  Hopefully you'll be able to see as Chairman of the Ethics Committee and School Board Member John (I can too count) McClure teaches everyone that there indeed are 4 months in a quarter, just like there are 4 quarters in a dollar.  And we really do need to give the School Board more money with a genious like him seated as a member.

That being said, Hossie is now on record saying that Paul Lintner was a civilian employee. He LIED! We posted long ago the training records that prove that Lintner was a trained corrections officer. Lintner is now indicted of sexual crimes that inmates for years informed the Homo Seals of while under the employment and direct supervision of the Homie Head of the Sheriffs Department. But the Homo Sheriff wants us to believe that he only found out about the conduct of Lintner this year. Another Lie as the links in this article will prove. And why is it that Stan Voit printed that Lintner was not a corrections officer, Stan has been faxed the training records on Lintner long ago. Yet the Low Stan continues to use the Mountain Press to spread propaganda for the Corrupt Officials that continue to control Sevier County.

After Sheriff Hoss "I just loved Bruce SO much" Seals dried his tears shed for the late Sheriff Bruce Almighty Montgomery (about two seconds after our low commissioners appointed him interim Sheriff) he began circling the wagons and telling his thug higher-ups how much power they had and how much money could come their way. After years of being cussed by ole Bruce, the Fat Man was in a spot to make Mayors, Judges and DAs pee their pants when he entered the room just like Bruce Almighty did. How's that working out for you Hossie? They pee their pants for you either laughing or worrying about how many of them will be dragged into federal charges. Hossie's biggest mistake was keeping his little Homie Paul Lintner on as penis inspector and stating on the radio that he was a model employee. Why Homie Hossie was even quoted in the paper saying if there was anything wrong, he would ask for an investigation. We hear that Chief Larry "can I beat your wife too?" McMahan was able to come up with an internal investigation file (although it had been mis-placed for a few days) on the letters received from inmates in 2005 telling of Lintner's sexual perversions. Hoss will claim this was Brucie's fault that Lintner was hired, but Homie Hossie was administrator of the jail the entire time. When he says he knew nothing of the sexual perversions happening in the jail, he is lying as usual.

The Mountain Press was quick to state that both District Attorney Jimmy Done and Sheriff "I still love my Lickner" Seals asked for a TBI investigation. Could it have been that DA Done had no choice in the matter? He had already gotten a no-true bill issued on jail activities and was investigated for obstruction of justice by the Board of Professional Responsibility. Hossie was just along for the ride, sticking his fat head up his rear hoping no one could see him sweat. Maybe ole Stan at The Mountain Press would like to mention many of Sheriff STeals former and CURRENT employees that stepped forward and told of the abuse prisoners have been subjected to for years by Lintner and Sergeant David Kitelinger. Or maybe Stan would like to publish the letters that are on file telling of abuse. Wonder if Hossie still has the originals that came to him over three years ago? Why, I bet they are in the internal investigation file! We at Seviercorruption.com salute the many men who have forward to inform investigators about the humiliation they suffered at the hands of Sheriff Ron Seals pervert kitchen manager. Can you imagine being charged (BEFORE you have a chance to prove your innocence, as is the Sevier county way) and having a sixty-something year old man take you in his office and strip you naked for a "rash inspection"? And, if you are young enough, you might be forced to let Lintner shave your genital area to be able to eat something other that the "food" Hossie's Homie serves the rest. Great job Sheriff. We sure hope Jimmy Done asks them to investigate YOU!

Although we at Seviercorruption.com still have reason to believe that Sheriff Hossie still has his back-door gun deals going on and some of his men have their own "Mountain Monkey Mafia" sidelines going, it seems some of the food kickbacks may be slacking since the "retirement" of Paul Lintner, embezzler extraordinaire. Apparently the Captain Don Parton clan's inmate prescription scam has hit rough waters and has also decreased Hossie's extra income. Seems as though Preacher Don's daughter Amanda helped herself to some medication from a co-worker's pocket book and was seen by private citizens talking to the jail's flag pole for an hour. Bad timing for Hossie's sidelines and the young Parton "resigned". Now it appears that since the prisoner's disappearing medications have been a big issue and are being investigated, an outside company is being brought in to straighten out the mess created by Tammy Parton. Hossie can't do without the Partons (they know too much) so he is making her a corrections officer. Apparently, in an effort to make up for the losses Hossie was taking on food kickbacks, he has decided to pay everyone their comp time that is owed. Why, we even hear that one gal has compiled HUNDREDS of HOURS of extra time after working only for a few months. Will you take your cut before or after taxes Hoss?

Word around the jail is that Sheriff STeals can not even get the county to buy ribs for his boys since Lintner's demise from the jail. We at Seviercorruption.com have just received the picture below and information that Hossie's Homie Lickner is now raising pork for Porky in order to keep Hossie's affections. We sure hope Phido Phil King is not feeding the little fellers with that expensive county-bought Iams dog food!

We at Seviercorruption.com are beginning to piece more of the puzzle together about the tragedy that occurred to the Ross family on October 6th. As more of the proof comes in that Chief Don "I'll cover for my Homie Hossie" Myers and Sheriff Stupid are not able (or smart enough) to alter, we see that this is one that may take down more than just a few of Sevier county's finest IN-justice folks. A new name to add to the mystery mix is none other than "Three Jobs" Little Fred Atchley. For those who don't know Little Fred, he has a full time job at the Sheriff's department, a full time job as Captain at the Sevierville Fire Department, is a county commissioner, is on Lyin Larry's Emergency Services Committee, and is also Sheriff Ron "Homie Boy" Seals personal ass-kisser.   Another full time, endless job. But let us remember too, he may be his own Grandpaw, those details coming later.

It seems Little Fred may be the link that ties the Sheriff, Judge Radar, Chief Little Man Myers and some prominent business men to the reason all Hossie's men were at the Ross home with no legal right. The fact that Little Fred is a "man of many hats" is disturbing to us and now it is probably as equally disturbing to the powers-that-be good ole boys who gave him the hats. We bet they are all wondering if the hat he was wearing on October 6th, was covering a fat, bald head with enough brains inside to keep them all out of the federal pen. We bet not. Too many asses to cover with too little gray matter.  You get the dumbest dogs when you let two pups from the same litter mate!  He will know what we mean!!!

Which brings us back to another Good Low Boy trying to wear more than one hat on a very empty head. We are speaking of Sergeant JJ "The Battalion Stallion" Breeden who was one of the three stooges who were the first at the Ross home. As many of us who know "Stallion", we know that he has been one of the most dis-liked officers at the department and was on the carpet many times by former Sheriff Bruce Almighty Montgomery. Although Breeden has tried to find full-time employment with other departments as well as the Sevierville Fire Department, he has only to obtain part-time status with the SFD. Does he have the Chief fooled, or is Little Fred just needing another "yes man" to help him and his Homie Hossie? We find it very suspicious that, even Hossie knew Breeden was a screw-up, he fast tracked him to Corporal and then Sergeant as soon as Brucie was gone. Our guess is that Sheriff Stupid needs all the Sergeant Stupids he can recruit, but this one seems to show up at way too many "suicides". Could it be that some of the weapons that were taken from the Ross home by law enforcement ended up in the possession of JJ the Stallion? He HAS been known to show guns and pot that he carries in the trunk of his patrol car, so what if he has mistakenly bragged about having some of the above mentioned guns? We shall see, but for the time being, we think Little Man Myers needs to get off his rear and investigate Hossies criminals.   But then again anybody who questions any public is a danger to society and will be met with the strongest of force. 

Once again we would like to congratulate our Homo Sheriff Stupid Seals and the Sevierville Fire Department for having two of the laziest, most useless cross over (cross dressers?) employees with headless hats that you could ever imagine. More to come in Part VI.

Once again we hear at Seviercorruption.com find out and report to you what happened at the other than eventful County Commission Meeting Monday night. After hearing that once again, Clark King brought up issues that made public officials blow their tops, we bring to you what we hear happened.

It was relayed to us here at Seviercorruption.com that King did not enter the meeting room, but was at the Courthouse before the meeting began. King, after hearing and receiving photos from last month that show Low Lying Larry going around the metal detector that was put into place arbitrarily by the Low Mayor himself. King apparently wanted to see for himself if Lying Larry would attempt not to go through the security in place.

As King arrived at the Courthouse, he entered behind Albert (soft hand) Schneider. Schneider was there to see if he got his re-appointment as a Magistrate. He did, but as Schneider went thought he security, he set off the alarms. After further emptying his pockets, SCSD officer Samples used a wand to check Low soft hands out. King noticed that the wand indicated that there was something present on Schneider under his sports coat both under his left arm and behind his front right pocket. After allowed to enter the meeting room without being required to identify what cause the wand to sound and without being searched, King asked SCSD officer Tim Hurst, who is in charge of security, if everyone would be treated like Low soft hands. Hurst insisted that Schneider was searched. Tim now joins the host of Liars who are more concerned about their jobs than the unbiased enforcement of the law. But the lie by Hurst was not the only one that spewed out of his winner warsher. More about his problem with the truth later.

King then began taking pictures of the conduct of the un security team that manned the door as persons entered. It was not long until Low Jonas, by damn if I say it, its true, Smelcer. King took the opportunity to ask Low Jonas about public documents that King has been trying to obtain for almost a year pertaining to the gravel truck that overturned on Dunn Hollow road last year delivering "rock for votes" for Homie Hossie. Smelcer go so mad that Hurst came from behind his post to calm Jonas down. Hurst told both Smelcer and King that they were to enter the meeting room and sit on opposite sides of the room. Hurst ordered Smelcer to proceed. After clearing the security check, Smelcer went into the room and Hurst told King to proceed. King then told Hurst that he did not intend to go inside the room and he was in a the public building to watch how Lying Tim himself did his job. Standing in the background when King made his comments was none other than Homies cousin, Earl (feathers) Clinton. Feathers attempted to make several cell phone calls all of which were unsuccessful trying to tell Low Lying Larry to leave his gun downstairs. A few minutes later appear Low Lying Larry and his Cousin County Attorney Jerry McCarter. As the two men topped the stairs, Low Lying Larry attempted to go past the ropes guiding people to the security. But Hurst told the men that they must go through the detector. At that time, Lying Larry handed a brief case to Hurst and King insisted that it be checked for weapons. Hurst told King not to tell him how to do his job and refused to inspect the bag allowing Lying Larry to enter the room armed.

At that time, King began to leave and stopped to tell Hurst that he did not intend to tell anyone how to do their job but Lying Larry had never went through the security from the time the measure were put in place. Hurst said that Lying Larry always went through until King told the liar that in September Lying Larry was caught on film avoiding security in the same manner as he had just attempted to do. Hurst then backed down.

What the F don't the idiots running Lying Larry's three ring circus not understand. The Courthouse is a public place and there are more and more citizens seeing the corruption that surrounds most all who hold jobs there. Maybe King is now considered a threat, much like the Ross'.

It seems to us at Seviercorruption.com that the reason there are still more questions for the family of Pamela Ross than there are answers, is most likely the result of the incompetent officers from Sheriff Stupid Steals department and the Idiot Chief Don Myers Militia (pictured in The Mountain Press) investigating themselves. The lead investigation comes from Chief Myer's gang, but we have seen him cover for Sheriff Stupid and follow the desires of the DA's office just like the good little "yes man" he is. And Oh man, if you have never seen the little man syndrome in full gear, you got to see Chief Idiot in action!  The Chief Idiot refuses to admit the courthouse is within his jurisdiction (have they moved it out of the city??) and will not be a part in the arrest of Sheriff Slappy Seals for the assault on a private citizen inside the courthouse. But there is one in the Sevierville administration who outranks all when it comes to being an idiot and making up the law, thats Dennis Jarhead Jarvis.

Seviercorruption.com has just received reports that show that the Myers Militia has been known to look the other way when our District Attorney breaks the law.  Below is what we have been told and there is more to follow in this episode of:  How dumb of ol boys can we hire?

As we have promised, we are now ready to profile some of the officers involved in the "suicide" at the Ross home on October 6, 2008. Sergeant James "JJ" Breeden was one of the lead officers on the scene and reportedly yelled "shots fired" (according to the report) as SPD officer Eric Ramsey drove up. Breeden has been known to have been first on the scene at several questionable "suicides" in the past few years, and strange stories usually follow each one. There was a young girl who committed "suicide" in Kodak a couple of years ago, and Breeden was accompanied by our favorite Defective Matthew "Chubberly" Cubberly. At this scene ( which was deemed by many as suspicious) some say twenty grand cash left the home in exchange for their "suicide" report. The most recent "suicide" was in July and was also in Kodak. This time Sergeant Breeden was accompanied by Defective Jeff McCarter, who was also at the Ross home. During the investigation of this young man's death, Breeden and McCarter also ruled it a "suicide" although the medical examiner ruled it "inconclusive" after an autopsy. Breeden and McCarter must have been in a hurry to leave this scene, as there were bags of tagged evidence left behind. What was the hurry boys?? Could it be that the claim by some folks that this man was dealing drugs to Sergeant Breeden is true?? How bout a quick inspection of the Good Low Sergeant's trunk Homie Hossie?  We have also heard that Sergeant "The Bataillion Stallion" Breeden is assisting the deceased man's young girl friend in obtaining titles in her name for the young man's vehicles. Boy JJ, you sure are dedicated to these young women in distress. How many more suicides do you think we can come up with many of these same stories? We bet several. In fact some of the family's who are not happy with the suicide rulings have sent us documents.  But we still wonder why DA Jimmy Done refused to have an autopsy performed on Pamela Ross.  Not really,  Jimmy Dumb Done is too closely tied to the Bargain Barn in Newport, so what we wonder is why more people don't start calling the Dumb Dones hand with complaints to the Board of Professional Responsibilty?   We also wonder why we keep hearing county medical examiner and jail prescription writer Doctor Jerry "I'll write you a prescription if you'll share" Bradley told Mr. Ross that he "knew the officers" and tha t there would be NO AUTOPSY! Looks like when Hossie needs to be sedated, he knows where to turn!

Another profile we will cover at this time is the first Sevierville Police Department officer on the scene. According to the report, Sergeant Eric Ramsey, arrived on the scene whilr Sergeant JJ was yelling "shots fired" and they all ran into a previously locked home.  But how did they get through those "locked" doors so fast?  The report written by Ramsey was about as primitive as one written by one of Sheriff Stupid's men, and detailed nothing which would cast a shadow on Hossie's boys. The only evidence that the Sheriffs Department did not write the report was that it was not written in crayon like most of the SCSD reports are. 

If memory serves us correctly, Ramsey is a former Sevierville Police Department Detective who was busted down to being on patrol after his wife took one of Albert "soft hands" Snyder's orders of protection against him. Sources tell us that during the time Ramsey was under the order, Chief Idiot Myers did not prevent Ramsey from carrying a gun as required by law. We have also heard an interesting story about a business man who was stopped by Sergeant "I want that gun" Ramsey and was charged with possession of an unlawful pistol. Ramsey was quoted as saying "here's one you won't get back" as he placed the man's weapon in the trunk of his patrol car. We think Sergeant Ramsey and SPD officer Lyin' John Turner went to the same school to learn these tactics. Although the charges against this businessman were dropped by the Judge, when he went to the Myers' Militia Headquarters to get his gun back, he was told it was sent to the ATF for inspection. A check with the ATF showed the pistol had been sent back to SPD, but it was now missing. Could it be that Chief Myers doesn't want Hossie to make ALL the money selling people's guns?? Apparently so, because Sergeant Ramsey allowed SPD officers to ILLEGALLY confiscate SEVERAL guns from the Ross home and now continue to hold them for no reason. It appears, if they have not already been sold or divided by SPD, it will take an attorney to get Jimmie Ross' property back.


We at Seviercorruption.com are beginning to see to many similarities between our Sheriff and the Chief of the SPD, and it is scary. We would invite anyone with stories involving this city agency to submit them to us, with any details of proof you might have. Don't worry though, Homie Hossie, you will always be our favorite!

Seviercorruption.com has a few questions about the Ethics Committee being dis-banded. If you have been keeping up, the Ethics Committee that was seated last year by mandate of State Law. Has the law changed? Or is Low Lying Larry once again following the law as only he knows it? We say it is the later of the two.

The Mountain Press, that under the direction of Stan Voit you can not believe a thing printed, reported that the Ethics Committee is dis-banded and the appointment of Tyler Huskey, a Knoxville Attorney as Ethics Officer is to be approved this coming Monday night by County Commission. This is business as usual by our fine Low Lying Mayor. Some may say that this is a good move, others may say that the real reason is because Raymond's Shoes went out of business and Jettie Clabo can no longer get the shoe she wants to use as a gavel fixed. We here only wanted to know the connection to the Good Low Boy that Huskey has.

It did not take long, and before the ink was dry on the final copy of the paper coming off the press we found out that Huskey is the son of former State Represenitive Larry (Old Charter 8 years) Huskey. Now, for those who don't know the ties, here some are;

Larry Huskey was the son of Gene Huskey, former Sevier County School Superintendent. Imagine that! Connections back to the Sevier County School System. Now Larry served as our State Rep for many terms. His most noted accomplishment was his ability to drive drunk between here and Nashville. Tyler, being around 30 years old now, surely has ties to Low Lying Larry as he was brought up in... you guessed it, the Emerts Cove Society. That is were the County's problems all start and surely must end.

It looks to us here at Seviercorruption.com that the County only gained another avenue to funnel public funds to the Good Low Boys if Huskey gets the nod come Monday Night. And he surely will. Just remember the reward that was handed out for Jenkins becoming the Top building official because his father supported and hugged Sheriff Stupid Homo and giving him a rub!

Seviercorruption.com will look a bit more and we feel confident that we will find family ties to Huskey in the clique. After all our leaders are very proud of themselves as are their insestors.

Wonder if Tyler already feels threatened?  Make sure you don't look at any Good Low Boy with the wrong tone of voice, you too could be a threat!  And you know what they do to people who they say were a threat, bang bang, your dead!

Once again here at Seviercorruption.com are amazed at the above-the-law attitudes and actions of Judge Jeff Rader, Sheriff Ron Seals, and Sevierville Police Chief Don Myers regarding the tragic death of Pamela Ross. The more we learn about the events of October 6, 2008, the more questions we have. Like how can the above named people and their judicial cronies keep out of a federal penitentiary? We are hearing from inside sources that Judge Jeff " I make my money from the poor on private probation" Rader overstepped his limits of his robe by ordering his puppet, Sheriff Stupid, to send a group consisting of three of the county's worst officers to stand by to evict Mrs. Ross while her husband was still in his court. The Judge, who is now reportedly "seeing his own Boogers" as Judge Sexy Rexy says, had no authority to "send" officers to "stand by" for an eviction when he knew Jimmie Ross would be entitled to an appeal to be heard in Circuit Court. We also hear that during the Ross hearing, Judge Radar reportedly received a text message and responded to the text. Could this have been Sheriff Hossie or Larry, Darryl and Darryl at the Ross home reporting to him that they had really messed up and that Pamela Ross had been shot? We think this is exactly the case and is what led to the Judge's off-beat actions on the bench during the remainder of the hearing.

Seviercorrupton.com is also shocked by the extent that the Sheriff, Chief Myers, DA Jimmy Done and the county medical examiner have gone to in order to prevent a routine autopsy from being performed on Mrs. Ross. All this coming in the next few days. The Sheriff seems to think this has all blown over, but that is typical for an idiot such as Seals. Of course Hossie thought Seviercorruption.com would disappear after the election! Not until the Sheriff sees "bars and boogers" from the inside.

I'm telling you, we all need to be worried, Scooby Doo went down for lying. Now John McClure must take the position that he really is an idiot and insist even more that it takes four months to make a quarter of a year when he gets called to testify! Lying Larry also needs to admit that he has no clue what Roberts Rules really are either.  We have had it now, how do we get Warren to admit he is the absolute idiot like he acts he is, finger waving people in attendance while Commission is in session.

Today in Knox County Judge Blackwood ousted County Commissioner Scott Moore. Moore is nicknamed Scooby Doo by some circles. Yea the corrupt officials in Knox County get called names too. We here at Seviercorruption.com wonder if Lying Larry and the Good Low Boys are paying attention. Or will they be reflecting the same sentiments as one of Moore's former fellow County Commissioners in believing that Lying is not such a big deal and be shocked that it could cost the positions of those who are less than truthful.

Seviercorruption.com even thinks that there just may be some local group of radicals who may re-think asking for ousters here after this ruling. Judge Blackwood surely did not like making this ruling as he is and has been a part of the political regime in Anderson County. In fact earlier this year after being reversed in an earlier opinion by the Appellant Court, Blackwood ruled that the elections laws are more or less a guide line in an Anderson County Election Contest. We say that Low Judge Blackwood was about to get his ass fried by the public if he did not come down hard for a public official lying under oath. Moore was the Scapegoat in a since. But not before Moore did his own underhanded part in establishing private probation State Wide! Know for sure Low Moore will be well compensated and that's why he won't cry too much for the loss of his seat. The sacrificial lambs are just now getting lined up, who will you say it will be in Sevier County when Moncier gets his shot in deposition.

We bet you could sell tickets to the depositions of all of the Steering Committee when Moncier asked them about the meeting where they voted to recommend changes to the rules for County Commission. Seviercorruption.com knows that the call for the release of those minutes happened a long time ago and they have yet to surface. We bet that they never will. But what will Lying Larry do to cover this up? You Low Boys and Girls better get your story straight. Looks like Lying is reason to get you oustered after all.

As District Attorney Jimmy Dumb Done Dunn covers for Sheriff Homie Hossie once again it looks like the Homo Sheriff now really has gone to the Gulf Coast of Louisiana.  Yep, the heat is so hot that he got ordered to go find himself and others an Elephant so they can have as good a hiding place as Lying Larry does.

Hossie decided to look in Louisiana because them African Elephants have learnt to text message.  Although not mentioned in the article below, the main reason for the Elephants to upgrade their abilities is to avoid being a hiding place.  When the Elephants heard that someone as big as Hossie wanted to use one of them to hide in, OMG...... Once again good low boy and Judge Rexie's puppet DA Jimmy Done Dunn is protecting Sheriff Stupid's Bundy's with Badges (See link above) For the folks who know and are close to the goings on of our prize-winning corrupt legal system, there is no surprise. After all, you've got to remember who Jimmy Done was trained by; none other that former District Attorney Al "my rooster can whip your rooster" Schmutzer, Jr., probably the most corrupt DA ever to hold office. Little Al was scared to death of former Sheriff Bruce "Almighty" Montgomery and Judge Rexie did anything Brucie wanted. Things are not so different since Brucie's demise as is proven by the Lintner fiasco which, as we have shown, was delayed by Jimmy Done's obstructing justice. And let's not forget the furloughs signed by Sexy Rexie for Lintner. This all shows how two hundred years of corruption can be handed down throughout the years.

But the new news about Lintner is that he got his first hearing postponed and reset to November 3, 2008.  Seviercorruption.com can already tell you that he will not appear at that hearing either.  Just as we said, Lintner is singing like a bird.  Hey Hossie, we can only think of around $192,000.00 reasons why he might be singing so loudly.  If you know what we mean.  But the new jail is nice, it just cost a little more than it should have.  Right Hossie?

The Ross murder reminds us (and those who have been around for years) of the Brent Mills "suicide" cover-up in the early 80's. Mills was the president of First National Bank of Gatlinburg which failed during the time as did the Butcher banks of Knoxville. The only difference was that First National has supposedly financed a plane load of cocaine which was caught at the Gatlinburg Airport in Sevierville. (Remember that night Crowe?) The fine District Attorney at the time was none other that Al "I didn't know her husband hired a private detective" Schmutzer, and although people close to the "suicide" will tell you it was a complete cover-up of a murder, Little Al wanted no investigation. Were you involved with these dangerous folks Little Al? Did this scare you Little Al? Sources tell us that it scared Little Spineless Al enough that he was too scared to continue living in a secluded area of Bluff Mountain and moved into town where he lives today. Was this a mere coincidence, or was Little Al afraid Chief Don Myers' Militia couldn't escort him home to the mountain if he were tipsy? Does Little Al still have his hand in the dirty dealings of our county after his shameful retirement? Very possible, but we will cover more on Al's cover-ups and how he and Sexy Rexie have ruined this county's judicial system later.

We at Seviercorruption.com think back to the times and suspicious acts of our Sheriff and Judges and it reminds us that there is more than a possibility that Pamela Ross' death was a cover-up and most likely a murder by Hossie's Homo-cidals. It is with great joy that we get to tell you of the brilliant mind of the Editor of the Mountain Press according to what we have just heard.  We laughed so hard when we heard this, we just had to share the stupidity of Stan Voit with everyone.

Doing a good deed is something that even Stan can screw up.  Recently, a person asked for the placement of an announcement for a 50 year wedding anniversary.  The couple did not want any gifts, so the caption of the picture was to announce a upcoming party in their honor.  The couple wanted everyone who would to come and NOT bring presents and the closing sentences of the caption was to read; "in lieu of presents, your presents is desired in person."  Stan, apparently not knowing that presents and presents is spelled the same way decided to do his job and edit the language that was presented for publication.  (No Stan, presented does not mean you get more under the tree than anyone else!) What we understand, as we still boycott the publication, is that Stan made it read as if the couple wanted presents.

After the publication ran, a call was placed to the Mountain Press.  The person taking the call initially totally understood and promised that there would be a correction.  The following day, no correction appeared, so the person who complained called back and was told that the editor refused to run the article with the corrected language because it was not appropriate language.  Good Low Dumb Stan was then identified as the Editor and the person calling asked to speak to him.  Stan took the call and insisted in his being correct to the point that the caller got a bit upset with him.  We hear that among being called what he really is more than once, he was told that the paper that the Mountain Press is printed on is a waste of trees.  We could not agree more!

Until the Mountain Press gets an Editor who reports what is really going on in this County, we will continue to do our best to bring you what they refuse to publish. 

Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, .... Stan got his but chewed out and deserved every bit of it.  You just can't fix STUPID!!!

When you see the picture of the very professional looking "hired guns" of Sheriff Homie Hossie and Chief Don "I'll protect you Hossie" Myers detaining a man whose wife has just died under VERY SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. you wonder, could this happen to me? Sure it could. When our enept law enforcment agency's make their mistakes, why is it that automatically they point the finger elsewhere and say; "Look that persons crazy". In Sevier county with the Sheriff, Judges and District Attorney we have, anyone is subject to the long arm of the law reaching out and using its power to abuse and minulate the Judicial System to quieten those who have become a threat by asking questions and not taking lies for an answer. What happened Monday to the Ross' is not out of the ordinary here in Sevier County, and we here at Seviercorruption.com are starting to wonder is do we have a Seriel Killer employed at the Sheriffs office. Most of the alleged "Sucides" do not directly involve as many of the higher-ups as the Ross instance and the District Attorney knows that in a suicide an autoposey is standard. What Jimmy Dumb Done did not know is that we have been watching the so call sucidies for a while now and gaining our own evidence. Hey Jimmy Dumb Done, do you need someone else to come back to the Grand Jury again and bring more charges against you to get you to explain your shortcomings or otherwise do your job? Seviercorruption.com will give you some background on this inexcusable occurrence that happened this past monday to the Ross' and how Hossie's Homo-cidal Homies and Chief Don Myers' Marauders are a dangerous to society in general. This story will remain on our front page as we sort though the hundreds of tips on this instance and more by these two agencies and bring the reliable stories to you. That is after they are referred to the "higher authorities". We will also hope to be profiling many of the officers and their supervisors involved in this shooting.

The Beginning

Jimmie D. Ross was appearing in Sevier County General Sessions Court Monday morning, October 6, 2008, before Judge Jeff Rader. Ross has been described to us as a "nice a guy you will ever meet" and "a man who believes in the Constitution of the United States of America". Why then did our idiot Sheriff Seals have most of the courthouse staff as well as his own goons worked into a near frenzy having them think the man would be trouble in court? Why did the Fat Sheriff sit in the Courthouse hallway that same day after the events and laugh his head off? We don't think your incompentance is that funny fat boy! The Mountain Mess claims the man had threatened many workers at the courthouse including a judge, but they evidently (as usual) made no attempt to verify these claims. The Mountain Press has a history of making up the news as the Powers that be need it reported. Fact is, that if anyone made any type of threat to someone at the Courthouse, after being threatened, the person who made the threat would be accusted and taken off to jail. The only reason the trumped up charges were reported is to attempt to validate the strong arm tactics that were used. The Sheriff, his men and the judicial system (hello Rex and Bryan!) have the ability to make anyone who wants the laws followed as THEY ARE WRITTEN and not LOCAL RULES are either crazy or are seeing "boogers" (hello again Rexie! Boo! Did you shit your pants that time). The fact that our fine Homie Sheriff slapped an citizen in a public meeting and has to this point gotten by with the deed with the help of DA Jimmy Dumb Done and soft hands Albert Snyder doesn't qualify those who want the Sheriff in jail as the "nut squad". The fact that Judge Rex Henry "Zorrogle" cursed and screamed at two men who merely asked him to follow the law doesn't even qualify him to be spanked by the Court of the Judiciary, yet. But in a few days, when Seviercorruption.com has their audio and video capabilities available to you, you can decide for yourself "who sees boogers"!

Seviercorruption.com tends to think if Mr. Ross made any threats at all, ole soft-hands Albert Snyder would have issued one of his famous Orders of Protection or a warrant for his arrest. How about it Judges? Who did he threaten? In fact, other than being threatened by being asked for help by preforming the functions of your office, what and who has threatened you. The big question is about Judge Jeff Rader. Why did the Judge send Hossie's idiots (consisting of Sergeant JJ "The Battalion Stallion"(let me open my trunk and show you the goods for sale) Breeden, Sergeant Mike Voncannon, and Chief Detective Jeff "For enough money I'll say anything" McCarter to "stand by" the Ross home to await orders for the family to evacuate when the Judge wound up giving Mr. Ross an ten-day extension to file an appeal???

When Sheriff Stupid picked these men, he added Breeden to the bunch. Could this have been because he is one of the least intelligent members of the department? Could it be that he will lie about anything? Or is he just like Bundy except with a badge? (we even have a recording of one of Breeden's supervisors saying that he wouldn't "believe Breeden if he were sitting on Jesus' lap")? Or could it be that Breeden has been on the scene of at least THREE suspicious suicides in the recent past? The last one was only three months ago and Detective Jeff "Matty Cubberly is my Siamese twin" McCarter was lead screw-up detective and is currently planned to be exposed on this website very soon for that debockle. We have been chosen to receive a complete profile on Sergeant Breeden complete with some interesting audio that will premier soon as well.

Back to the Ross Murder. We find it very interesting that when an officer with the Sevierville Police Department rolled up to the Ross home, Breeden yelled "shots fired" (according to a primitive first-grade report filed by SPD Sergeant Ramsey of SPD) and then ran into the home to find Mrs. Ross with a gunshot wound to the chest. There are alot of other interesting things that just don't add up that we will tell you about as soon as we can but we are at this time limited to reveal all of the facts collected. Lets just see how long Jimmy Dumb Done continues to keep his role in the cover up for now?

When Mr. Ross arrived on the scene, morons (pictured in the Press) with SPD and SCSD held him at gunpoint, handcuffed him and held him for two hours before telling Ross of his wife's death. Although no charges were placed, the man was humiliated by this bunch from Myers' Militia and the Sheriff's department and all his guns were confiscated without cause. Only in the Nation of Sevier! It seems as the word came to the Sheriff's office, all available officers and staff ran to the home to see what had happened, or collect their own trophy prize gun. Within a couple of hours, Sheriff Stupid Seals was seen laughing a carrying on like the moron he is inside the courthouse. But what is amazing is his sudden "out of town" trip when dozens of different scenarios of the shooting began floating around the Courthouse as the folly begain un-reveling right around the Stupid Fat Homos feet. Low and behold it seems Chief Myers and DA Jimmy Done Dunn were out of pocket also! Now there seems to be no interest by DA Done to have an autopsy performed. Imagine that will be changing or Jimmy Dumb Done just may get another big dose. If he did not like it last time, we no he will puke this time.

Here at Seviercorruption.com we predict that the "powers that be" mentioned in this first part of the story are willing to drum up some kind of "charges" against Mr. Jimmie Ross to cover their own butts, especially the big fat one of Sheriff Ron Seals and his band of psychos. More will be coming on this, hopefully final, screw-up by our Homie Seals in the next few days. In the meantime, we would like to extend our sympathies to Mr. Ross and his children on the tragic loss of Pamela Ross. We also promise to help expose the lies of the law-less enforcement of Sevier county that led to her mysterious and untimely death. There is plenty of Corruption to go around, we are saddened that it has resulted in yet another death. We need outside intervention from powerful agency's to stop this madness. If you think its out of control now, just wait.

The only difference between Cocke and Sevier County; a few miles of Route 411.  Well that is except for the Chicken Shits that hold office at many levels here in Sevier County.  If our public officials could, they would do their job.  But the fact that they all know too much on each other prevents them from serving the public.  So they serve each other.

Since the 2005 raid on Newport's cocke fights, the federal Rose Thorn investigation has been the subject of many articles by JJ Stambaugh of The Knoxville News Sentinel. Below you will find links to many of his fine stories about the folks of Cocke county and their mis-deeds that got them national attention. Coming this week we at Seviercorruption.com, will enlighten you on how some of this is connected to Sevier county and the officials that we have in common with our sister county. Some people may wonder why former District Attorney Al "pour me another one Chief Donnie will let me go when I wreck going home" Schmutzer, Jr. allowed his buds in Cocke county to break the laws, and then went on TV and claimed HE brought the Feds in. Are you sure about this Little Al? And also we may learn how one of our fine Judges has a "connection" to Judge Bell of Cocke county and how the investigation continues into Bell although the Court of the Judiciary made their deal with him. Get real, the only real use of our Judicial system in both counties is to make sure the right people get to sell the drugs, guns and other non taxable illegal activities. Its been that way for decades. Maybe this time though the Good Low Boys don't know any more than Little Al (hike up that skirt honey) Smutzer knew when he was suprised when he found out about "Rose Thorn".

Who Else Will Cover Up for Hossie?

We at Seviercorruption.com are beginning to feel the chill of fall in the air and realize that deer season is upon us. It's that time of year and during the next few weeks there will be bows, arrows, muzzle loaders and rifles ( some of which may come from Hossie's back-door gun program or Montgomery Gun Sales school bus garage ) in the hands of happy hunters out looking for Bambi. Now don't get us wrong, we here at Seviercorruption.com have in the past found time to ambush a Bambi or two ourself. Then again and although most hunters that we know obey all the laws, sometimes there is confusion about the rules of the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, which can cause some folks to suffer moderate fines and extraordinary court costs. One TWRA officer in the Sevier area is known to be a tough one, unless it involves certain folks. Officer Curt Henderson is the one as we understand that apparently derives his sense of "good ole boy ethics" from the Sheriff's department and the court system.

Should you have issues with this officer and believe yourself to be in the right, give Officer Henderson a little quiz. The questions should go like this: "Officer Henderson, why do you find it necessary to give me a ticket and take my gun when you allowed THREE of Sevier County Sheriff's Department officers (including one sergeant) to go uncharged when they were caught shooting a deer on federal (TVA Douglas Dam) property?

Officer Henderson, you claim that due to the fact that there were THREE officers involved and you couldn't determine who shot the deer, you let them all go. Would that same cirteria apply to ordinary citizens evenhandedly? Would this have been the case if three officers or citizens were caught with a rifle on federal land with a dead deer lying past the campground? Would the ordinary citizens car, gun and person itself not have ended up locked away for a long time had they not had the badge of "honor" of the SCSD? Is that same "honor" that Lintner gave his victoms in the "kitchen"? Did former TWRA officer and current sheriff's officer/ county commissioner Tony Profitt offer any help in this ackward situation, or did you and the TVA officer take it upon yourselves to look the other way? Do you ever think someone you are ticketing may actually KNOW about this incident and should bring it to the Judge's attention? And lastly, Officer Henderson, is it true that you were able to get Homo Hossie's former screw-up officer Kyle Loveday a job as game warden with TWRA even though he has NO college education and had serious acusations lodged against him before he left his Homo Hossie's department? Shouldn't someone with a clean record and college education be rewarded this job?

Homo's protecting Homo's! We have always understood and hope you believe what we have been trying to tell you for months now!  The Jail is just full of sexually deviant types running the place.  Lintner is just the first to go down!  Pardon the pun!

Just remember the name TWRA Officer Curt Henderson if you get asked questions while "stalking" Bubbles or even Bambi and ask him about the "cruiser night safari" Hossie's officers went on at the Green Acres side of Douglas Dam should you have the opportunity.
