We have received an interesting option to the many visits made by our idiot Sheriff and his favorite cover-up preacher Captain Don Parton to the felon's lair. Many people have heard of Maricopa County Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the toughness he exhibits with prisoners (sleeping in tents, etc). Sheriff Joe has even gone as far as making inmates wear pink underwear (see link below) and also pink handcuffs. Our tipster has indicated that Seals and Parton were merely at the Lintner residence modeling Sevier county's new pink undies and underwear for Hossie's Homie Officers in an attempt to gain Paulie's approval. Picture this in you mind, especially if you are having trouble with your new year's resolution of not eating so much! And for those officers, DAs, Judges and other ass-kissers of Seals, known as "Hossie supporters" there is also one named after them, only we call it a jock-strap. Can you see Hossie, Larry McMahan, Phil King, JJ Breeden and Matty Cubberly having a class demonstrating the proper way for officers to wear these?? Maybe since Hossie furnishes the Judge's and courthouse staff with food that is supposed to be for the inmates, he can get dic-Head Magistrate Albert "Soft Hands" Snyder to model some of the nicer items for Judge "Catfish" Stokes and Hanging Judge Radar.

The last few days the main stream media has been reporting about a Gatlinburg man named Dennis Bolze. He has made his way into the Mountain Press a couple of times, for misleading investors and running off with the bootie. But in Low Stan Voit fashion, the candy coating on his relationships with some of the local leaders has yet to be reported. While its true Bolze made contributions to local charity's, (its not hard to give up something that's not yours) what low Stan avoided telling is that Judge Dwight Stokes as chairman of Smoky Mountain Area Rescue Ministries built quite a relationship with Mr. Bolze. We understand it was Dwight that convinced Bolze to attend the SMARM banquet this year and pay for renting the Sevierville Convention Center for the function. Mr. Bolze sat at the head table and was honored by Judge Dwight Stokes that evening for his contributions and involvement. Remember, if you sleep with the dogs, your going to get a flea sometimes. And ohhh what a flea this one may just turn out to be when the facts come in. That is if Bolze is ever found.
On another note on Good Low Judge Dwight Stokes. Seviercorruption.com has gained information that he has been asked to open his door and assist certain persons in uncovering some illegal activities. These request come from up to over a year ago. Some of the request we understand were made verbally, others in writing. Our fine Judge has yet to reply to those who seek assistance.
One of those request came from Garry Cate in December of 2007. Cate tried to bring to light that the Court had a magistrate who was breaking the law. Stokes apparently cared just enough to get his sons running buddie, Sevier County Sheriffs Officer Dustin Floyd to take a few snap shots. It appears that after seeing the photos, Judge Stokes had him another patsy to call his very own leaving a proven pot head as a magistrate. That attitude on the part of the Judge has now resulted in Cate making a plea to the Grand Jury for an inquiry. In Cates letter to the Foreman, Cate contends that just a minor look into the acts of Magistrate Craig McCarter, Lying Larry Waters Brother in Law, would show that one would find that McCarter has a history of smoking pot on the job. McCarters pot smoking got so blatant that he was caught on film by Officer Dustin Floyd puffing while on night shift. This information appartently made its way back to the Judge after Cates first letter and the answer was to move McCarter to day shift where he could share with those who wanted to try his sweet weed for themselves.

Now Dwight makes sure his bases are covered. Even if he does have to lie to County Commission to do so. We even understand that the Judge is not above calling persons who may question his honesty and making threats. Talk about an abuse of power! But maybe when Dwight grows a pair, he can be as brave as Judge Rex Zorrogle Ogle and start calling people he considers a threat into chambers and intimidate them. Even if such actions could result in a review by the Court of the Judiciary for improper conduct.
In the Summer of 2007 the private probation practice employed by the Sessions Court Judges were called into question at a County Commission Meeting. Judge Stokes was there and flat out lied. He said that Janice Owenby no longer had anything to do with private probation in Sevier County. Now Judge Stokes, the golden boy of the Sevierville First Baptist Church, must think that whatever he makes up becomes fact. But he is wrong. We here at Seviercorruption.com have found documents that show that his relative, Janice Owenby after having sold her private probation company, continued to be an employee of PSI. PSI is the company who now runs private probation in Sevier County and as we see it PSI is a bigger problem than solution when it comes to crime. After all, when you pray on the poor you like these people do, are a low form of life. But don't worry Judges Stokes and Judge Zorrogle regularly meet to convince themselves that they are leading these poor people to the Lord with the profits they make from kickbacks off of private probation.
We even hear that PSI is right now trying to violate probation for persons who show clean on drug tests. You may say, how can they violate someone who tested clean on a drug test? Well, just because they can! They can and will with the assistance of the likes of Judge Stokes and Rader. Heck guys understand these boys gotta think about retirement.
We have to give Stokes credit. He tries to make it appear like he cares by making sure his name is associated with charity groups, churches and the like. He even makes sure he appeals to the minorities of the County by doing things like leading the Martin Luther King Parade every year. We know here at Seviercorruption.com that he really marches so he can hold Lying Larry's hand and seek a Federal Appointment from Barack the Magic Negro. Nice job Dewight, but we don't buy it~~~Your responses to the people who ask for help one on one tell your true intentions and desires!
It seems as though the millions of dollars in civil lawsuits against Homie Hossie and the county by young men who were violated by Lintner in the jail are being dismissed by the county paying astronomical attorney fees. But what we are really interested in is the felony charges (this is three strikes for Paulie) and how our legal system plans on protecting ole Penis Paul with it being his third strike and all. We should be happy he got indicted, but it already looks to us here at Seviercorruption.com that the fix is in.
We know from documents that have already been posted on this site, that Judge Rex "I know its This Robe, It Makes Me Look Crazy?" Zorr-Ogle sentenced Lintner to six years in state prison. Lickners blow buddy Sheriff Bruce Almighty Montgomery allowed the man to stay close enough to hug and cuddle with Hossie while working for the county. Sexy Im Coo Coo Rexie even signed him furloughs to go to the airport and pick his mom up in a county vehicle. Those documents also were in the past posted here where they remain til this day. Great job there Judge.
And then District Attorney Jimmy Dumb Done did everything in his power to keep Lintner from losing his position "under Hossie". Had it not been for a two-year federal investigation into the Seals/Lintner affair, Jimmy would have buried this issue forever and many more young men would have been violated by the Sheriff and his Homie. That being the case really makes one wonder about Jimmy Dumb Dones mustache. Yuck!1
Tyrone Paul Lintner is scheduled to appear for a plea hearing on January 20th, but regardless of what plea is entered, we fully expect for our illustrious DA to put one of his crack pot head ADAs (Steve Hawkins or Emily Abbott) into the prosecution spot and to sabotage the case in some fashion so Lintner can return to his "job". How about it Jimmy? Why don't we get an outside prosecutor and Judge like we did when Rex and Lyin Al "Come Here Little Girl" Schmutzer pulled their stunt during the Monster Audio murder trail?? Now we know that the people of Sevier County who don't hold employment by the County would never agree with the above practices. Unfortunately, our elections have been shown to be conducted in violation of the State Election Code. The Courts have yet to take the action requested to bring the corrupt officials in control of the elections to justice. Additionally, when you count the number of persons employeed by the County and Municipal Governments, that is in all likelyhood the largest single voting block. Leaving us as a people strangled for change without outside Federal intervention. We pray the new year brings us out from under this control.
Until that change comes, or death, we will continue to strive for a community where are who wish to be involved have a fair chance at being heard.
