This page is dedicated to false reports that Sheriff Seals, his administration, and other law enforcement agency's cover up. Some show false reports that the Sheriff and his officers refuse to remove from their files.  Others show crimes that were reported and never investigated or covered up becaues of the officials involved.

How would you like to be the target of a man (Seals) who uses his office for personal vendettas and attacks on private citizens or to prevent the proper administration of justice. If Seals gets elected, will this happen to you or a family member of yours? 

Poaching out of Season goes Unpunished

It seems one of the cover-ups conducted by the Sevier County Sheriff's Department included not only three of their officers (including one Sergeant) , a Tennessee state agency (TWRA), and at least one federal officer.

Sources tell us that the Sevier County Sheriff's Department Sergeant and three of his men had been using county cruisers to spotlight deer on TVA (Federal) property near Douglas Dam. The men shot a deer and were caught by a Tennessee Wildlife Resource Officer and a Tennessee Valley Authority guard. The TWRA officer never made the arrest claiming he did not know which one of the officers actually pulled the trigger.

Would that have mattered if three civilians had been caught on federal property with a rifle in their car? We here at Seviercorruption.com don't think so. Bottom line is that it was covered up by the Sheriff's department and the other agency's. 

It seems odd that a retired TWRA officer is now employed by the Sheriff and one of the Sheriff's men found a job with TWRA. Funny how things work out for the Sheriff and his office when no one is watching.

The Garry Cate False Reports

Garry Cate has come forward and now is showing documented evidence that proves the Sevier County Sheriffs Department, under the control and supervision of Ron (Hoss) Seals will use the power in their control to take aim at anyone they wish.  All the while hiding behind the vale of Law Enforcement.

Ray Davis false report.  (Kevin Pollard, Bell South phone repair man was never interview although he checked and found no phone tap had ever occurred.  Officer Davis later admitted before several people that he wrote in the report "just what they told me to."  We hope to have the audio file of his comment uploaded soon.

Kyle Loveday false report. (Same as above.  No investigation or interview with any person at Bell South.)

Kyle Loveday false report #2. (With the Sevier County Sheriff's Department under the control of Ron (Hoss) Seals false reports are common place.)  Below is a date stamped picture showing that Mr. Cate was in Charleston, South Carolina the day this false report was made.  Chief Larry (Roll me a biggen ol head) McMahan still refuses to investigate or remove this report from the files of the Sevier County Sheriffs Department despite the fact that proof of Mr. Cate's where about's has been provided with the picture and testmony in the Court of Judge Stokes.  Judge Stokes office has been contacted many times and refuses to return our calls.  Yep, Stokes looks to be corrupt and in this up to his neck.
