What a bunch of Bull.  When a persons seeks to become a Judge in Tennessee, they are supposed to sell any business partnership interest you may own.  The reasons are clear, as described below from the Canons of Judicial Conduct.


Now having Majored in Scatology all of my life, I know BS when I see it.  The only credit this writer can give Gary Wade is he came out of the closet and said right up front he is a Democrat.  And he does have that congressional hair. He himself, time and time again has and continues to violate Canons of Judicial Conduct.


Associates of ours are in the process of obtaining his required filings with the State of Tennessee showing his business interest.  When those documents are obtained, they will be posted.


Why in the world would Governor Bill Haslem, a Republican Conservative, swear into office and uphold the appointment of a Democrat to the highest position of the Tennessee Supreme Court?  Wade, who has clearly vested himself with too many business interest, with so many different businessmen in Sevier County, that he should not even be able to be a Judge Locally, under the very canons he oversees.  Let alone become Cheat Justice?  One can only suspect that the good ole boy network, along with the Millions of tax dollars collected in Sevier County pulled some strings, or Haslem has lost his mind.

On the heels of a complaint filed against Justice Wade, he get appointed Cheat Justice?  It just don’t go to figure.  That is unless you see the complaint.  We hear at www.seviercorruption.com are awaiting a pdf file to upload of the complaint, the reply, along with information that shows if there is any appellant options from the decision.


What www.seviercorruption.com finds more interesting is the fact that the Judiciary in Tennessee has no outside third party oversight.  The Court regulates itself.  So do the Attorneys in Tennessee Bar.   What happened to the concept of checks and balances.  This issue, along with what has been going on while we have been dormant has brought new interest in reporting he truth.  The approach of Civil redress has been blocked by the Courts of the State of Tennessee.  Of course Wade did not participate in the rulings... HA! Right and pigs really can fly!  Read on if we have your attention yet!  If not, I am sure that by reading on, it won’t take long to obtain your interest as we prove violations committed by Wade, and his failure to divest himself of business associations outside of his own family as required by the Canons of Judicial Conduct.  


Complaints filed with the Board of Professional Responsibility as well as complaints filed with the Court of the Judiciary are to be kept secret.  That is according to the rules that the Supreme Court has imposed. The rules fly in the face of the open records act.  We here do not and will not comply with those rules and will post any and all complaints we can get access to, as we understand that well over 75% of complaints are administratively dismissed before being aired in front of any panel. Who gives permission to the Attorney’s and the Courts in Tennessee the right to regulate themselves?  We can find no legislation allowing the Supreme Court to pass Legislation.  Due to the fact that the BPR and the Court of the Judiciary are paid by assessments charged against attorney’s across the State of Tennessee, the clients of both are the Attorneys that they are charged with disciplining, as well as the Judges.


How can the Court of the Judiciary discipline a Supreme Court Justice when the Supreme Court is their boss?  How can the BPR discipline Attorney’s when the Attorney’s likewise are their boss’ and clients?

How did Wade become a Local Judge, information overwhelming that Wade regularly fails to follow the Rules of Judicial Conduct.  Now they want Wade to be Chief Justice?

No wonder when public officials commit crimes in Sevier County we have no redress.  The State Courts are biased and here we show that the newly appointed Chief Justice has and continues to violate canons of Judicial Conduct!


Rule 3.11 Financial, Business, or Remunerative Activities

 

(A) A judge may hold and manage investments of the judge and members of the judge’s family.

 

(B) A judge shall not serve as an officer, director, manager, general partner, advisor, or employee of any business entity except that a judge may manage or participate in:

 

(1) a business closely held by the judge or members of the judge’s family; or

 

(2) a business entity primarily engaged in investment of the financial resources of the judge or members of the judge’s family.

 

  1. (C)A judge shall not engage in financial activities permitted under paragraphs (A) and (B) if they will:



(1) interfere with the proper performance of judicial duties;

 

(2) lead to frequent disqualification of the judge;

 

(3) involve the judge in frequent transactions or continuing business relationships with lawyers or other persons likely to come before the court on which the judge serves; or

 

(4) result in violation of other provisions of this Code.

 

Comment

 

[1] Judges are generally permitted to engage in financial activities, including managing real estate and other investments for themselves or for members of their families.


Participation in these activities, like participation in other personal or extrajudicial activities, is subject to the requirements of this Code.


For example, it would be improper for a judge to spend so much time on business activities that it interferes with the performance of judicial duties. See RJC 2.1.


Similarly, it would be improper for a judge to use his or her official title or appear in judicial robes in business advertising, or to conduct his or her business or financial affairs in such a way that disqualification is frequently required. See RJCs 1.3 and 2.11.

 

[2] As soon as practicable without serious financial detriment, the judge must divest himself or herself of investments and other financial interests that might require frequent disqualification or otherwise violate this Rule. See Application VI.


Below is but some of the information showing what we believe Justice Wade has done, violating the Canons of Judicial Conduct tying him into the complaint in the PDF file above.  The below is obtained from pubic records.  We also hear that Wade does many business dealings through Cooperate names.  When we can affirm our belief to a reasonable level, those records will also be posted.

Wade has taken no action to divest himself from business associations outside of his family as required.  He has continued to make investments with countless persons in violation of the above.


www.rooseveltlodge.net  is the property purchased in partnership with Justice Wade.  Again, he should under the rules be liquidating assets he owns with third parties.  To the contrary, he has forged new third party business relationships.
